Shipping Policy

We offer shipping services within New Zealand using reputable carriers. We ship Nationwide.

1. Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received if items are in stock. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Out of stock fireplace and custom kitchens have a 4-6 week lead time.

3. Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only ship within New Zealand. We do not ship internationally at this time.

4. Delivery Issues:

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer service team at sales@litdesigns.co.nz for assistance. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Warranty Policy

Two-Year Warranty Policy

​

1. Warranty Coverage

Lit Designs LTD warrants our products to be free from defects in product functionally under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the original purchase date. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

2. Warranty Claims

If you believe that your product has a defect covered under warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at sales@litdesigns.co.nz to initiate a warranty claim.

  • Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing with the product.

  • Our customer service team may request additional information or photos to assess the warranty claim.​

3. Warranty Coverage Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper installation.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or deterioration due to environmental conditions.

  • Pizza stone and fire brick replacements. 

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

4. Warranty Remedies

If a product is found to be defective under warranty, Lit Designs LTD will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished product of similar or equivalent value.

  • Provide a refund for the original purchase price of the product.

5. Return of Defective Products

If instructed by our customer service team, please return the defective product to us. Lit Designs LTD can cover the cost of shipping for warranty returns within New Zealand as per application.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lit Designs LTD's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund as set forth above. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
